Non-profit 501 c 3 - Addressing Health Disparities in America.
The health disparities in the minority communities are major and it is up to us to bring a change to the way our communities view and deal with health issues. We have designed innovative community health outreach programs to simulate awareness, prevention and wellness. Teamwork is essential to the success of any program and we are forming a great team, which will be able to reach our community in ways that haven't been done before. We have the ability to reach thousands in our community through radio, television, internet and grassroots effort. With your assistance, we can touch those people with the medical attention they need through our awareness, prevention and wellness program.
Mission
To reach men, women and their families where they live, work, play, and pray with community outreach health programs that maintain health prevention messages, tools, screening programs, educational materials, advocacy opportunities, and patient navigation.
